Job Description: RN ED. Nightshift, 12-hour shifts. Position is Per Diem for 3/mo. Required Compliance Items: Active nursing license verification BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination or attestation of vaccination/declinationNew candidates need to be able to attend orientation on 9/14 as well as work the strike on 9/15.IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS: The rates reflected in this notice are strike rates and are applicable only for the duration of the strike assignment. Once the strike concludes, rates will be adjusted to the standard bill and pay rates for the position. Final post-strike rates have not yet been determined and will be communicated when available. Attending orientation is required to be able to work the strike. Please ensure candidates are aware that they will be expected to attend orientation otherwise they are not qualified to work the strike. If the candidate attends orientation and does not work the strike - they will not be paid for orientation. TimesheetsIf the candidate does not receive a badge, they need to fill out a manual timesheet and this needs to be signed by the department director for any time worked in order for them to be paid for the shift.For any time not in the VMS, please provide the signed manual timesheet within the 30-day window from the shift worked otherwise this will not be paid. Strike Assignment Notice (SMRMC): In the event that a scheduled strike-related shift is canceled by the facility without cause, the clinician will be compensated for the full 12-hour scheduled shift. This payment guarantee is exclusive to this SMRMC strike assignment and does not apply to non-strike assignments or future engagements.
