Strong Camp Counselor

Strong is looking for rock star camp counselors to join our summer camp team! Camp counselors are a consistent source of POSITIVITY and EXCITMENT for our Strong camper and strive to create the best experience possible!

Responsibilities of a Front Desk Team Members include but are not limited to….

1. ● Exhibit our Strong Pillar of CARE by being a vibrant, enthusiastic, professional, and welcoming presence to our customers.
   

   ● Ensure the consistent safety of all campers.
   

   ● Enthusiastically engage with camper to create a fun, engaging, and exciting environment.
   

   ● Attend all camp staff trainings, development meetings, and gatherings.
   

   ● Have a clear understanding of camp policies and procedures as outlined by Strong.
   

   ● Have competency in the flow of the daily camp schedule as outlined by camp superiors and management.
   

   ● Maintain clear and concise communication with team members and Strong management regarding any and all camp incidents (Injuries, foul language, misconduct, etc.)
   

   ● Be able to lead and facilitate camp games, activities, and skills.

Schedule: Full time and part time positions available

Monday - Friday

Half Day Shift: 8 a.m - 1 p.m, 12 p.m - 5:30

Full Day Shifts: 9 a.m - 4 p.m

Compensation: $11 - $16/Hr
