Structural Design Technician Career Level

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum 5 years of drafting/design experience in the structural field
At least 1 year of Revit experience
Preference of experience in light manufacturing facility design
Experience working on traditional steel and concrete structures
Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam
Should have and display strong communication skills both verbal and written

Responsibilities:
Maintain effective communications with department members and higher management
Perform 3D modeling in Revit.
Assist in creation of contract drawings

Visa sponsorship not possible
Position can be remote or near  office. Remote position justified because role does not require client and contractor face to face interaction and coordination on project is executed remotely already.
Conversion after six months would be ideal.
