About the Company:
A leading provider of steel structure solutions for the electrical transmission and traffic intersection sectors is seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join their engineering team. This position plays a vital role in delivering precise and timely engineering outputs, supporting the companys mission and commitment to quality.

Position Overview:
The Structural Engineer will be responsible for the structural design, engineering calculations, and technical oversight of projects related to electrical power line and traffic intersection steel structures. The ideal candidate will ensure all engineering deliverables are accurate, comply with both internal standards and client requirements, and are completed within project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of engineering standards and best practices.
• Prepare detailed structural designs for steel components used in electrical and traffic applications.
• Perform engineering calculations and structural analyses to support safe, cost-effective solutions.
• Provide clear instructions and technical inputs to design teams for fabrication drawings.
• Review and interpret contract documents, structural drawings, job orders, and client specifications.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet the organizations quality standards and align with customer expectations.
• Offer technical guidance during internal and external design reviews, investigation reports, and the development of corporate guidelines.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned engineering deliverables.
• Participate actively in design reviews and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil or Structural discipline preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in structural engineering and design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in 3D modeling software; experience with PLS-POLE is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent IT skills and ability to work effectively with computer-based engineering tools.
• Willingness to work on-site in Claremore, OK during core business hours.
