Description

As a Structural Engineer, you will report into senior leadership locally and act as a technical leader within the office, supporting both project delivery and team development.

  • Lead structural analysis and design for commercial building projects
  • Design systems across steel, concrete, wood, masonry, and foundations
  • Produce calculations, specifications, and construction documents
  • Develop and coordinate models using Revit
  • Collaborate closely with architects and multidisciplinary teams
  • Review drawings for quality, accuracy, and code compliance
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers while supporting project execution



Profile

For the Structural Engineer role we are seeking:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • 4+ years of structural engineering experience in commercial buildings
  • Strong proficiency with Revit, RISA, and RAM Structural System
  • Experience designing with steel, concrete, wood, masonry, and foundations
  • Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and support team development
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with architects and clients
