Typical duties involve site preparation, earthwork trenching, grading, planting, sod installation, removing debris from the project site, climbing on ladders and scaffolding, carrying materials weighing up to 60 pounds, and other duties as assigned. Such action shall include: employment, upgrading, demotion, or transfer; recruitment or recruitment advertising; layoff or termination; rates of pay or other forms of compensation; and selection for training, including apprenticeship, pre-apprenticeship, and/or on-the-job training.
