Structural Engineer – Industrial Projects (PE Required)

Selectek is partnering with a mid-sized, full-service consulting firm in Columbus, OH, to find a Registered Structural Engineer with strong industrial project experience and leadership capabilities. This is a direct hire opportunity to become a key player in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and manage structural engineering efforts on industrial facility design projects
  • Serve as Project Manager, overseeing timelines, budgets, and client communications
  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration
  • Collaborate across MEP disciplines to deliver integrated solutions
  • Support construction guidance and startup assistance for industrial clients

What You Bring
  • 8+ years of structural engineering experience, with a focus on industrial projects
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in Structural Engineering
  • Proven Project Management experience
  • Strong background in MEP coordination, with at least 3 years in industrial settings
  • Proficiency in Revit 2021, AutoCAD, RISA, and RAM Structural System
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
