Structural Engineer, PE or SE - Buildings

Our client, a well-established, employee-focused, multi-discipline engineering firm with offices across Montana, is seeking a Structural Engineer (PE or SE) for its Missoula office. Relocation assistance is available for candidates moving to Montana.

Responsibilities:

• Design vertical structures including municipal, education, healthcare, commercial, and industrial buildings
• Design hydraulic structures, bridges, and airport facilities
• Perform structural analysis for concrete, steel, and mass timber
• Apply seismic design and load requirements
• Stamp and seal structural drawings and calculations

Requirements:

• Master's degree in structural engineering preferred (20+ years of experience considered without)
• PE or SE license (or pursue soon after hire; firm pays for licensing)
• 10+ years of structural design experience
• Strong seismic design knowledge
• Experience with concrete, steel, and mass timber
