Contract Structural Engineer (Senior) -Remote Work
We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of structural engineering principles and be proficient in STADD, STRUDL, and ANSYS. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and analysis of complex structural systems.
Responsibilities:
Performing structural design and analysis of complex structures
Preparing and reviewing construction documents
Providing technical support to project managers and architects
Working with other engineers and consultants to develop and implement solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Advance Degree Preferred)
Professional Registration (PE) Desired
10+ years of experience in structural engineering related to the new Construction and /or retrofit of Power Generation facilities or other similar Heavy Industrial Facilities
Detailed Knowledge of Engineering Design Principles, competent in Structural steel and Concrete Design and Proficiency with Structural Codes, standards and industry Methodologies
Proficiency in STADD/STRUDL, PCA Column/Mats, ANSYS, MathCAD, Excel and AutoCAD
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
