• Guide pursuit tactics on high-tonnage structural packages of 5,000+ tons
• Maintain competitive intelligence on pricing windows and project schedules
• Stand for an AISC-certified Michigan erector at meetings, site walks, and trade events
• Complete Midwest travel as needed to win work and deepen partnerships

• Experience selling or developing business in steel erection, structural steel, or related construction
