Job Description: The Structural Team Leader is responsible for the entire project cycle to include design, development, and project completion. The Team Leader will provide supervision to a team of project managers, engineers and CAD Designers and Technicians.
Responsibilities: - Conduct annual reviews for your individual team members - Request and defend the need for additional staff members - Be responsible for hiring and firing of team members - Maintain team's project schedule and billing goals
