Structural Welders - Entry Level

$20–$26/hr | Oil & Gas Industry

We are hiring Entry-Level Structural Welders to join a busy fabrication shop that builds custom equipment for the oil & gas industry! This is a great opportunity for someone with 6 months to 1 year of welding experience who is looking to gain more hands-on experience and grow their welding skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on structural steel components

• Assist with fabricating skids, platforms, equipment bases, and other structural parts

• Read and follow basic blueprints and weld symbols

• Use grinders, measuring tools, and other shop equipment

• Inspect welds and finished parts for quality

• Work alongside experienced welders and fabricators

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of welding experience preferred

• Basic MIG welding experience required

• Some experience with structural steel or fabrication preferred

• Basic understanding of blueprints and weld symbols

• Comfortable using grinders, tape measures, and hand tools

• Willingness to learn and improve welding skills

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work overtime as needed
