JOB DESCRIPTION

Administrative Aide 1

Hourly Pay Rate: $10.00 - $15.00

The Administrative Aide 1 will support the department/organization in various administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting Event Support: Assisting with day-to-day operations of having recruits on campus.
• Logistics & Operations: Coordinate daily schedules, set up
• Campus Tours: Lead or assist in guided tours of athletic facilities, campus landmarks, and student housing for visiting families.
• Administrative Support: Using Microsoft, Adobe, or other computer or departmental programs
• Game Day Operations: Support the "all-hands-on-deck" requirements of home games, including group management and hospitality.
• General Support: Provide "as-needed" assistance to the Chief of Staff, Director of Football Operations, and Recruiting Staff for daily tasks

Qualifications:

• Active enrollment as a student at Tulane University
• Ability to interact professionally with coaches, recruits, and athletic department staff. Be an ambassador for the Green Wave brand.
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
