    Job Description

    ADMINISTRATIVE AIDE 1- SAILING

    The Administrative Aide 1 will support the department transporting officials during the SEISA tournament.

    Responsibilities:

    • Pick up and drop off officiating staff at hotel and the tournament venue in accordance with the provided schedule.
    • Maintain punctuality- Officials must arrive at venues ahead of match start times, without exception.
    • Coordinate with the tournament operations team to accommodate last-minute changes.
    • Keep the vehicle clean and fueled throughout the duration on the tournament.

    Qualifications:

    • Active enrollment as a student at Tulane University
    • A Federal Work Study Award (potentially)
