Graduate Assistant - Department of Tropical Medicine & Infectious Disease (WSPH GA)

The Department of Tropical Medicine & Infectious Disease is seeking a Graduate Assistant to support administrative and communications needs, including preparing newsletters, managing social media and email outreach, assisting with event logistics (such as ordering food, making coffee, and event setup), printing flyers, and providing general office support. Applicants must be current Tulane graduate students; students in Tropical Medicine are not eligible. The position is available to begin immediately.

The position is for 10-20 hours per week at $15/hour. We are especially looking for someone with availability in the mornings, particularly on Mondays and Fridays.

Qualifications:

• Active enrollment as a graduate student at Tulane University
• A Federal Work Study Award (potentially)
