Student IT Consultant

The Office of Information Technology Service Desk is seeking a student applicant to provide technical expertise and assistance to Auburn faculty, staff, students, incoming students, alumni, and retirees. This individual will provide Level One support to our constituents across campus. Student employees are under direct supervision of the full-time Service Desk staff.

• Must be a current Auburn University student.
• Must maintain a minimum of a 2.0 GPA.
• Must be willing to work some evening shifts (Monday – Thursday, 5 pm – 10 pm).
• Must be willing to work some Sunday shifts (5 pm – 10 pm).
• Must be willing to work during the Summer semester.
• Must be willing to work portions of the breaks between semesters (this includes Fall and Spring breaks, and part of Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks).
