How you'll make an impact in this role

• Deliver compassionate, direct patient care under RN supervision, ensuring every individual''s daily needs and comfort are met with dignity.
• Monitor and track vital signs and patient responses to provide the clinical team with the real-time data necessary for safe, effective interventions.
• Document the patient''s journey and clinical observations accurately to maintain high-quality medical records and seamless care transitions.
• Collaborate with your preceptor to refine care plans, using your frontline observations to help shape the best possible outcomes for your patients.
• Perform other tasks as assigned, including preparing/transporting patients for diagnostics and supporting a clean, safe healing environment.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• High school diploma/GED required. Must be accepted or enrolled into a Nursing program upon date of hire/transfer and begin classes within 90 days of date of hire/transfer.

Additional Preferences:

• Successful completion of first semester of RN curriculum.
• Maryland Board of Nursing CNA certification required.
• Commitment of 60 hours minimum (5-6 shifts) per semester based on intern''s availability.
