Pay Range: Targeted salary of $8.50/Hour, based on education and experience.

Benefits Eligible: No

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel: Not required

Position Introduction:

Student Office Assistants provide a welcoming, inviting atmosphere while performing front desk assistance, including reception duties, guest check-in, answering multi-line phone, answering questions, program research, data entry, filing and other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

Must be currently enrolled in the Fall 2026 Term as an undergraduate student at the University of Oklahoma.

Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.

Must attach Fall OU class schedule

Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 must be maintained during employment

Skills:

• Excellent oral communication and telephone skills
• Attention to detail
• Technical skills (web-based software, word processing, data entry)

None

Department Preferences:

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Working hours Tuesday & Wednesday from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM.
