The University of Pittsburgh''s Office of the Provost is currently seeking a Student Success Technology Coordinator, to join the Student Success Team.

In an effort to scale Pitt's centralized student success platform, called "Pathways", currently EAB's Navigate system, to stakeholders (including undergraduate, graduate, and professional students) across the University, we are seeking coordinators who will work with constituents to solve complex platform/technology problems and business needs, evaluate business processes, and recommend process enhancements. This role will support the implementation of new units; functional and technical support; updating and maintaining system configurations; onboarding new users; and ensuring accuracy of the data. In support of the coordination of Pathways, the candidates will support the work with units to facilitate campus-wide student success initiatives using this and other technologies.

Bachelor's degree required; Two (2) years'' experience in higher education required. Previous experience in academic support and student success technology (e.g., EAB/Starfish) and teaching/training others is also a plus.
