Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor"s degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in program or project management.
3 years of experience in content program management, instructional design, certification design, or curriculum development, with a focus on training or educational content.
Experience with AI tooling to deliver education experiences.
Preferred qualifications:
Program management certification or experience in program management with a technology company.
3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience in stakeholder management.
Demonstrated experience developing student-facing training content, interactive curriculum, or video-based learning.
Proven ability to conduct research, analyze data, and use insights to inform content strategy and development.

Education Unit"s Global Impact team creates training and community programs that have helped over 140 million students, educators and administrators impactfully use Gemini, Google Workspace for Education, Chromebooks, and other tools. Our team is dedicated to bringing the best of Google to educational institutions, and we are hiring a program manager to develop training content for students in this transformational moment.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $111000 - $159000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
