Student Worker - Information & Educational Technology (IET) Services

Job: Computer Support Team Student Worker

Responsibilities: includingCleaning computer labs, updating operating systems and installing software, assisting faculty, staff, and students with issues related to IET services. Physical labor includes: ladder use, pulling cables through ceilings, terminating patch panels and making ethernet cables.

Requirements: Work study eligible, 2.0 GPA or higher, intermediate knowledge of computer technology and a willingness to advance those skills. Must be dependable, punctual, able to communicate when working with faculty, staff, and students.

Preferred: taken coursework in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related fields

Hours: Maximum 20 hours a week, build around students class schedule, limited to M-F between 8am-4:30pm
