Position: Bartender/Server
Reports To: Director of Food and Beverage
Summary:
Provide exceptional food and beverage service by delivering a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, present menus, and make recommendations
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare drinks, including cocktails, wine, and beer
- Upsell menu items and promote specials
- Handle payments and operate POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and bar areas
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests
- Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Assist with inventory, stocking, and opening/closing duties
Requirements:
- Prior serving/bartending experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Open availability required
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
