What You'll Be Doing
As a Subaru Technician you'll:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Subaru vehicles — engines, transmissions, electrical, brakes, suspension
- Perform thorough multi-point inspections, documented with notes, photos, and/or video
- Pinpoint mechanical and electrical issues using scan tools and diagnostic equipment
- Handle customer-pay, warranty, and internal repair orders efficiently and correctly
- Communicate clearly with service advisors on findings and recommendations
- Follow Subaru manufacturer standards and dealership procedures
- Road test vehicles to confirm concerns and verify completed repairs
- Keep your bay clean, organized, and safety-compliant
- Work alongside a team of techs who actually want the shop to succeed
- Grow through ongoing training and Subaru certification programs
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician, auto mechanic, or service technician
- Diagnostic, electrical, and drivability experience preferred
- Subaru experience or certification is a plus — not required
- Sharp problem-solving instincts
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume shop
- A valid driver's license with a clean record
- Your own tools
- An eye for detail and a "get it right the first time" mentality
- A team-first attitude and strong work ethic
