We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sublimation Supervisor to lead our sublimation and graphics production team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring exceptional print quality, maintaining production schedules, and developing team performance. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in sublimation printing, leadership experience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 


Required Skills

• Proven ability to supervise, motivate, and develop employees
• Strong knowledge of sublimation printing processes, color accuracy, and fabric/material handling
• Excellent color discrimination and quality assessment skills
• Experience operating sublimation printers, heat presses, and fabric-cutting equipment
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Sublimation RIP and/or Wasatch software
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Optitex
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sublimation printing or related manufacturing operations
• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience

This is a fully onsite position - Our regular work schedule is Monday - Thursday, 6:00am to 3:15pm and Friday, 6:00am to 11:00am
