Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 per year

About Us
Peace Valley Recovery II is a new substance use disorder (SUD) treatment facility opening in Hamilton Township, New Jersey, in November. We are the sister facility to Peace Valley Recovery in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and we’re building a clinical team that is passionate about helping individuals and families find lasting recovery.

About the Role
We’re looking for a licensed therapist to provide care in our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. You’ll work closely with a collaborative multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, evidence-based treatment to adults in recovery from substance use and co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy for PHP and IOP clients
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and case management staff on client care and discharge planning
• Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical supervision

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey license as an LPC or LCSW (required)
• Experience in SUD and/or co-occurring disorder treatment preferred
• LCADC preferred but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to compassionate, client-centered care
