ManagerStarting Date: As soon as mutually agreeable Qualifications: Minimum education of High School diploma required.Previous experience working in field of food service preferred. Flexible schedule with ability to work on short notice. Must be able to complete essential job functions including but not limited to: Stand for long periods of time. Lift more than 50 lbs. Operate large-scale kitchen appliancesWork in confined spaces. Performance Responsibilities: Follow all school policies and procedures.Prepare menu items according to standardized recipesSet up, replenish, and break down serving lines while greeting students and guests in a friendly, welcoming mannerAdhere to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) safety protocols and local health department regulations.Take and record accurate internal temperatures for cooked and stored foods.Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, serving lines, and kitchen equipmentProperly store inventory using rotation methods.Work cooperatively with cafeteria manageers, cooks, and staff.Other duties as assigned. Terms of Employment: At-will position. Substitutes are not employees of the school district but rather work on a day-to-day basis as needed. Salary and Benefits: Non-benefit eligible position. Compensation is recorded in a half-days or full-days. Hours are 7am-2pm or 10am-2pm. Substitutes earn a daily rate of: $132.30/day or $18.90/hr.
