In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and security of our school campuses by monitoring and maintaining a secure environment. You will report directly to the school principal or their designated representative, responding to incidents in a timely and effective manner. Your proactive approach to risk identification and problem-solving will help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities
Patrol and monitor school premises to prevent unauthorized activities.
Respond to alarms and incidents, providing assistance as required.
Liaise with school staff and law enforcement to address safety concerns.
Conduct regular checks of security systems and report issues.
Document and report security incidents promptly and clearly.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in security or law enforcement.
Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical ability to perform security duties, including standing for prolonged periods.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
