Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete required QSAC orientation.
Ensure health, safety & welfare of individuals.
Conduct formal and informal assessments of educational programs and behavior interventions.
Supervise Teacher’s Assistants/Aides and participate in the implementation of educational programs and behavior interventions.
Implement and adhere to IEP/Student Program.
Supervise and implement completion of program/student documentation.
Supervise and delegate responsibilities to Teacher’s Assistants/Aides.
Complete and maintain training requirements.
Complete required program documentation/certifications (e.g. Employee Medicals, PPD, CPR, etc. as required).
Interact/communicate with parents, college interns, professionals, and other interested visitors.
Punctuality and regular attendance is expected.
Maintain participant/family confidentiality.
Commitment to company values and adherence to policies.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and/or senior management.
Hourly Rate - $23.00-$29.00 - Commensurate with level of certification, education, experience and ABA credentials (if applicable).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any concentration, but highly preferred in fields such as Education, Psychology, or Social Work.
Certification in General Education
Experience with Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
Ability to run.
Ability to safely assist lifting individuals of various weights & 20 lb items.
Clearance through state mandated Background/Fingerprint Check(s).
Ability to communicate effectively with others and individuals served.
