Substitute Teacher

In addition to submitting this application, persons interested in substitute teaching in Hesston Schools must report to the district office, 150 N Ridge Road, Hesston, to submit forms required by the State of Kansas and the federal government.  These include, but are not limited to, a teaching license of some type issued by the Kansas State Dept. of Education, income tax forms, and I-9 form.

NOTE:  Please bring identification documents to complete the I-9 Form.  Acceptable documents include ONE item from List A, or TWO items__one from List B and one from List C.  Refer to information on the USCIS web site (https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/acceptable-documents) or contact the district office at 620-327-4931 for assistance.
