Substitute Teacher - Queens, NY

You’ll earn:

• $210/day with weekly paychecks
• • $182/day for daily positions and $210/day for long-term positions
• Paid via W-2, meaning no year-end tax headaches
• Paid sick days (accrued once you start teaching)
• Transportation assistance - opportunity to enroll & use pre-tax dollars for public transportation and parking

You’re a great fit if you:

• Completed a Bachelor's Degree 
• Have 1+ year(s) experience working with K-12 students
• Feel confident managing a classroom of students
• Are willing to step in where needed - this could include lunch/recess supervision, hallway monitoring, tutoring, and proctoring during testing season
• Pass state & federal background checks (costs reimbursed after 10 assignments)
• Believe every child has a unique & powerful gift to share with the world

Preference given to candidates willing to commute to 2+ boroughs, and are available to teach 3 days/week.
