Competitive New Hourly Rates & Benefits

  • Substitute Teachers & Ed Techs: $125/day or $62.50/half-day + Bonus Opportunities
  • Building Substitutes: $175/day + Bonus Opportunities
  • Long-Term Teachers: $220/day or $225/day (Depending on degree)

What You'll Do

As a Substitute Teacher or Educational Technician (Ed Tech), you are the vital bridge that keeps our classrooms humming and our students thriving when regular staff are away.

  • Inspire Learning: Deliver lesson plans left by the regular classroom teacher with enthusiasm and care.
  • Support & Guide: Provide individualized or small-group assistance to students who need an extra helping hand.
  • Maintain Momentum: Keep the classroom organized, safe, positive, and focused on learning.
  • Supervise with Care: Oversee students throughout the day, ensuring district standards and safety guidelines are met.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: A minimum of 60 college credits is preferred.
  • Key Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, patience, and a knack for quick problem-solving.
  • Mindset: A positive attitude and an ability to build fast, meaningful connections with students and staff.
  • Compliance: Ability to perform duties in alignment with district requirements and Board of Education policies.
