We are currently building a pool of both day-to-day and long-term substitute teachers who are passionate about supporting the academic growth and character development of young men in a Christian, military-style, college-preparatory environment serving grades 7–12.ResponsibilitiesSubstitute teachers play an important role in maintaining continuity in the classroom and supporting the Academy's mission. Responsibilities include:· Maintaining a positive, productive, and orderly classroom environment.· Implementing lesson plans and instructional materials provided by the regular teacher.· Supervising cadets and upholding Academy expectations for conduct and professionalism.· Communicating effectively with academic leadership and faculty members.· Following all Academy policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.QualificationsSuccessful candidates will demonstrate a commitment to education, mentorship, and student development.
