    Job Description

    The ACES Educational Center for the Arts (ECA) is a public, half-time magnet high school located in New Haven's Audubon Arts District. We are seeking passionate and talented artists to join our team as Substitute Teaching Artists across all five departments: Dance, Music, Theatre, Creative Writing, and Visual Arts.

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field is required.
    • Professional artistic background and experience preferred.
    • A commitment to working with high school students in an inclusive, creative, and supportive environment.
    • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
