Substitutes - Food Service

JOB GOAL: To assist the school staff with cafeteria supervision and assist with the preparation, serving and clean-up activities related to the food service program.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrates ability to read and write
• Maintains good physical and mental health
• Demonstrates ability to work cooperatively with others
• Is willing to participate in food service training programs
• Is skilled in creating and maintaining a wholesome relationship with children

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists in the supervision of students while in the school cafeteria.
• Prepares food according to recipe and production sheet
• Practices safe food handling skills.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
