Job Overview

Intuit internships are 12 weeks throughout the summer. We have fixed start and end dates that are designed to work with various universities' academic calendars.
Cohort 1: Monday, May 17 - Friday, August 6, 2027 (12 weeks)
Cohort 2: Monday, June 14 - Friday September 3, 2027 (12 weeks)

About the Team:
The Intuit Finance Controllership, Assurance, and Operations (CAO) team is looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation to join our team and revolutionize the way the world does business. Our interns have opportunities to apply their knowledge into real-world problems such as process optimization, finance systems performance, risk assessment, and multiple other areas.
The primary objective of our summer internship program is to bring highly talented people into the organization and provide them an opportunity to work on interesting challenges. Summer internships are a direct pipeline to full time positions in strategic positions with frequent exposure to company leaders, core businesses, and technologies - where you can quickly make meaningful contributions.
Experience and Skills:
Dynamic problem solving
Strategic and analytical mind-set
Intellectual curiosity + desire to learn
Comfortable using corporate tools including Microsoft suite, Google products, GenAI such as ChatGPT, etc.
Business case development & documentation
Ability to perform creative self-led research
While each summer internship is unique, all roles offer the experience of a project which challenges you to apply your knowledge and expertise to real business problems. As this role involves constant interaction with stakeholders across the business, you need the confidence and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate at all levels. The ideal candidate has business, finance operations and systems experience at a graduate level, has worked in high-tech industry, enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment, brings creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to iterate and work with ambiguous problems to deliver data backed solutions to the finance organization.

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: $37 - 47/hr.
