As a Business Solutions Intern, you will collaborate with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams to support the development and implementation of business and technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and deliver value to clients. You'll gain hands-on experience with business process analysis, data analysis, process automation, and technology-enabled solutions while contributing to real-world projects. This role offers the opportunity to develop your analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills while receiving mentorship and guidance from experienced team members.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams to support business and technology projects that improve operational efficiency and client processes.
- Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, and technology-driven solutions.
- Gather, organize, and analyze data using spreadsheets, databases, and other technology tools to support project objectives.
- Participate in researching, designing, testing, and implementing business and technology solutions to address real-world challenges. Support the development of project documentation, reports, and client deliverables.
- Assist with gathering business requirements, troubleshooting issues, and testing solutions to ensure they meet project needs.
- Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and collaborative problem-solving while learning from experienced professionals.
- Take initiative in researching solutions, exploring new technologies, and developing technical skills while receiving mentorship and support from team members and leadership.
Education and Experience:
- Working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
- Anticipated graduation date within one year of internship
- Minimum Overall and Major GPA of 2.8
- Minimum of 6 – 12 Accounting hours depending on practice

- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
- Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and etc.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver's license required.
