The Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports a positive work environment by providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and identifying sales opportunities.
Position is in-office, full-time for 10 weeks, with hours up to 37.5 per week, based in Beavercreek with floating to Wilmington Pike - Centerville.
Essential functions include delivering excellent service, handling transactions and cash, maintaining security, and following audit procedures. CSR answers calls, supports team efforts, and promotes bank products.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and banking software, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi-task. Cash handling and customer service experience are preferred. Must be flexible and able to lift up to 25 lbs. Must complete compliance training and adhere to banking regulations.
