Who We're Seeking: ECI is seeking motivated college students from a variety of academic backgrounds for summer internship opportunities. Depending on a student's interests, academic background, and current business needs, internship assignments may be available in areas including: Marketing:

Assist with marketing campaigns, communications, social media, and events Support development of digital and print content Help promote company programs, products, events, and community initiatives Assist with market research and special projects

Sales and Business Development:

Gain exposure to technical and industrial sales Assist sales teams with customer research, prospecting, and account support Participate in meetings and learn the customer relationship process Support business development and market research projects

Finance & Business Operations

Assist with financial reporting, data analysis, and business processes Support accounting and administrative projects Gain exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making Participate in process-improvement projects

Human Resources & Workforce Development

Support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR initiatives Assist with internship, apprenticeship, and workforce development programs Participate in college, school, and community outreach Support special projects related to employee development and organizational culture
