Summer Internship Program 2027 - Infrastructure Observability Intern

Job Description:

The ICE Internship Program offers a dynamic opportunity to combine hands-on, impactful work on projects that shape our business, alongside practical career and professional development. Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and deepen your understanding of the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries. 

 

The Infrastructure Observability Intern will support monitoring operations and help onboard applications into the enterprise monitoring system. 

 

Responsibilities 

• Process and respond to monitoring requests 

• Validate runbooks and instructions for handling alert and alarm correlations 

• Help automate determination of monitoring tool fit for various requests and use cases 

• Support onboarding of applications into the enterprise monitoring system, including permission handling and workflow verification per company policy 

• Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned 

 

Knowledge and Experience 

• Must be currently pursuing a Computer Science degree or equivalent and be at least advancing to their junior year of study 

• Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, etc.) 

• Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools 

 

Internship Program Schedule 

To accommodate varying academic calendars, the ICE Internship Program offers two schedule options: 

• Option 1: May 24, 2027 – August 6, 2027 

• Option 2: June 7, 2027 – August 20, 2027 

 

Candidates will be asked to select their preferred session during the application process. 

 

Please Note: Interns must be available to work full-time, five days a week, at our Jacksonville office for the entire duration of one of the designated program schedules. Partial participation or alternate dates cannot be accommodated.
