Position Overview:

Faith Group, LLC is seeking motivated students for our Internship Program for Summer 2027. Interns work alongside experienced engineers and consultants on real projects across aviation, transit and rail, federal, state and local government, data center, education, and commercial markets.

This posting covers internship opportunities across our engineering and consulting practice, including Information & Communications Technology (ICT), Physical Security, Audio-Visual (AV), Commissioning, Building Information Modeling (BIM)/CAD, Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing (MEP), Information Technology (IT), Operations, and Project Management.

Location:

All internships are onsite at our HQ in St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities:

• Support project teams with research, documentation, drafting, data collection, and analysis tasks specific to your assigned discipline.
• Assist with the preparation of design documents, specifications, submittals, and other project deliverables under the guidance of senior staff.
• Participate in site visits, client meetings, and internal project coordination when appropriate.
• Learn and apply industry-standard tools and software used by your team, which may include AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
• Aid in the QA/QC process for project documentation.
• Collaborate across departments to gain broader exposure to how Faith Group delivers projects from planning through commissioning.
• Complete an intern project and present your learnings to leadership at the end of the program
• Responsibilities are subject to change based on specific internship path

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Rising junior, senior, or graduate student preferred; all class levels considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design/drafting software is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to travel to client sites for site walks, meetings, etc.
