Super Summer, an internship program by Pin Placements, connects driven turfgrass students and young professionals with summer internship opportunities at a select group of participating golf courses and clubs.

What You Can Expect

Every Super Summer experience is different because every golf course and operation is different. Depending on your host facility, your summer may include exposure to:

• Daily golf course setup and maintenance operations

• Turfgrass management and agronomic practices

• Mowing and specialized turf equipment

• Irrigation systems and water management

• Fertilizer and plant protectant applications

• Tournament and event preparation

• Equipment maintenance and fleet operations

• Course improvement and renovation projects

Who We're Looking For

Super Summer is designed for students and young professionals who are serious about building a career in the golf and turf industry.

You don't need years of experience. You do need a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in golf course operations.

Applicants should:

• Be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a turfgrass management, horticulture, agronomy, or related program

• Be interested in a career as a Golf Course Superintendent, Equipment Manager, or related turf professional

• Be available for a full-time internship during the summer season

• Be willing to consider relocation for the right opportunity

• Possess a valid driver's license

• Be ready to work hard, learn, and contribute as part of a golf course maintenance team
