• Managing ground up municipal projects from foundation to key turnover
• Successfully lead construction projects valued over $100M+
• Delivering on time and within budge projects for clients across Phoenix
• Act as the on‑site leader and primary liaison for clients, design teams, inspectors, and subcontractors while upholding quality standards
• Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and equipment, while managing RFIs, field directives, and change impacts using modern construction technology
• Work directly with company leadership to bring new ideas to the table

• 7-10+ years of ground up construction experience required.
• Municipal project experience required.
• Must have been Lead Superintendent on large-scale, ground-up builds before.
• Scheduling experience is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities.
• Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work.
• Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects from preconstruction stage to completion.
• Experience working on projects ground up & valued over $50M (minimum requirement).
• Experience managing budget, schedule, logistics, etc.
• Familiarity with Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Suites.
• Candidate must be local to Phoenix.
