• Lead all day-to-day site operations from preconstruction through project completion.
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, field coordination, and project execution.
• Ensure quality, safety, permits, inspections, and code compliance requirements are met.
• Drive OAC meetings, document control, reporting, and risk management activities.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers while developing future leaders.

A successful Multifamily Superintendent should have:

• Strong podium and wood-frame construction expertise.
• Track record managing projects valued between $10M-$50M.
