Aviation Construction Superintendent

Job Description
Oversee daily field operations from project kickoff through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality standards. Manage site logistics, inspections, and project documentation. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and design teams to maintain progress. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to contract requirements.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Strong communication and leadership abilities. Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
- Background in aviation, industrial, municipal, federal, or healthcare projects preferred
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders and reporting requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
