Healthcare Construction Superintendent

Job Description
Manage all on-site activities for healthcare construction projects to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce site safety protocols. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues. Communicate project status, challenges, and updates to stakeholders effectively. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports. Oversee quality control to meet project specifications and client expectations. Resolve any on-site conflicts and make decisions to keep the project on track.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent (All Levels) - Healthcare Construction should have:
- Experience managing healthcare construction projects or similar large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and make informed decisions on-site.
