Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Superintendent to lead the execution of multifamily construction projects in the Atlanta area. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will oversee the daily operations of construction sites, manage subcontractor performance, and ensure the adherence to safety and building codes. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction operations and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Develop and manage project timelines, making sure key milestones are met and the project stays on track.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders to ensure work is completed to quality standards.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure that work is completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
• Address any on-site issues and find solutions to keep the project moving forward smoothly.
• Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure clear and consistent updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

• Experience in multifamily residential construction as a Superintendent.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and building codes.
• Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with construction management software and scheduling tools.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
