Commercial Construction Site ManagerOur client is a well-established and reputable commercial construction company based in Virginia. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we specialize in building commercial properties, including municipality, government, and industrial buildings. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality construction projects, on time and within budget, while maintaining a strong focus on safety.Job DescriptionOversee project site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to timelines. Coordinate daily with Project Managers, subcontractors, and APMs/PEs for seamless execution. Manage subcontractor schedules, enforce safety protocols, and inspect work quality throughout the project lifecycle. Experience with base building, tilt-wall, and tenant improvement (TI) projects is preferred.Project Portfolio: Hands-on experience with diverse project types, including medical offices, SCIF spaces, industrial warehouses, spec suites, and other high-stakes commercial construction.Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in project management software such as Plangrid, Procore, and Newforma to manage project documentation and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.Subcontractor Management: Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors, oversee scheduling, enforce safety protocols, and ensure high-quality standards on site.Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, adept at managing teams, troubleshooting site issues, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Credentials: OSHA 30 certification required; additional industry certifications are a plus.What's on OfferCompensation: Competitive base salary with annual performance-based bonuses (ranging from $4,000 to $20,000, depending on individual and client feedback).Vehicle Allowance: Monthly vehicle allowance of $600 plus fuel reimbursement for job-related travel.Retirement: 401k plan with matching contributions to support long-term financial security.Healthcare: Comprehensive health insurance, covering 100% of employee premiums, with a phased increase in dependent coverage-100% dependent coverage after seven years of employment.Professional Growth: Regular annual raises and clear opportunities for career development within a well-established organization.Job SummarySector: ConstructionSub Sector: Site ManagerIndustry: PropertyWhere: WashingtonContract Type: Permanent
