We are currently looking for a Superintendent in the Washington, DC metro area that has a background working for a specialty contractor. Our client is a specialty contractor that focuses on masonry and concrete projects within the historic industry. They are looking for someone who is savvy and is very organized.
Job Requirements
Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas Manages field personnel Manages company equipment Walks job sites Reports back on the daily progress of the project 10 years of experience as Superintendent in the masonry or concrete industry Organized and detailed
Pay range $100,000-130,000 plus health benefits.
