We are currently looking for a Superintendent in the Washington, DC metro area that has a background working for a specialty contractor. Our client is a specialty contractor that focuses on masonry and concrete projects within the historic industry. They are looking for someone who is savvy and is very organized.
Job Requirements

• Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations
• Supervises, directs, and coordinates the scheduling and execution of projects in assigned areas
• Manages field personnel
• Manages company equipment
• Walks job sites
• Reports back on the daily progress of the project
• 10 years of experience as Superintendent in the masonry or concrete industry
• Organized and detailed

Pay range $100,000-130,000 plus health benefits.
