Job Description
What the Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Manage all on-site construction activities for luxury residential projects from groundbreaking through completion.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure projects remain on schedule and within quality standards.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site.
- Review construction documents and specifications to ensure work is completed accurately.
- Conduct regular site inspections and proactively address quality control issues.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and homeowners throughout the construction process.
- Track project progress and communicate schedule updates to key stakeholders.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure resources are available to support construction timelines.
- Manage project punch lists and oversee project closeout activities.
- Uphold the company's standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, and client service.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
