Superintendent - Buffalo

• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure project schedules and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets required standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports and schedules.
• Resolve any on-site issues or delays efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and clients to provide updates on progress.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials on-site.

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience
• Experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or combination role
• Proven track record managing commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and project stakeholders
• Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office
• OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
